PAL Aerospace is a leader in the aerospace industry - addressing today’s most pressing security,
safety, economic, and environmental threats for governments and organisations worldwide.
ZeroSixty were asked to help develop a new and evolved brand language, a new responsive website design and a content strategy for PAL Aerospace’s new web presence. All of this had to be designed as a componentised design system that would be ready to be developed and built in a new content management system.

Over three months the ZeroSixty team worked alongside the marketing and design team within PAL Aerospace to define a new site structure, dive deep into a content strategy, and design a new cutting edge design system and user interface that would be suitable for PAL Aerospace’s next stage of worldwide growth.
The new PAL Aerospace brand and website needed brand new content, assets and structures. As a result, the team knew that simply revamping the existing content on PAL Aerospace website and brochureware would not be enough. In a cyclic process, the ZeroSixty and PAL Aerospace teams collaborated closely to define new site architectures, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
The site had to reflect the sophisticated and deep technology background of PAL Aerospace as well as showcase the cutting edge solutions and services they provide. We storyboarded new assets, defined page description diagrams, and explored and iterated the brand language to help define the assets that would tell both the old and the new story of the brand.
Outcomes.
- A world class responsive web design for mobile and desktop
- The new PAL Aerospace has become a forerunner for how the new PAL Aerospace brand shows up both on and offline
- Our work drove a deeper definition of PAL Aerospace’s capabilities and services with the content strategy requiring internal stakeholders to reexamine and redefine their propositions
